Doubt can impede both business owners and employees, reducing production and morale. In the Bible, Moses questioned his capacity to lead Israel out of Egypt (Exodus 3:11). Regardless of his hesitation, God provided him with the necessary tools and support. This anecdote tells us that we should not let doubt limit our possibilities.
Similarly, Gideon questioned his ability to deliver Israel from the Midianites (Judges 6:15). Nonetheless, with God’s certainty, Gideon grew into a formidable warrior. His story demonstrates how supernatural guidance and courage may change our apparent flaws into strengths, motivating us to overcome obstacles.
Let these examples motivate us to overcome our doubts. Believe in God’s plan, accept positive, and work hard. Remember that “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). Let us move on with faith and commitment, striving for greatness in all that we do.
